Tom Hunt
Fitness coach & athlete

Tom is a veteran of 13 years regular Army service, and continues to serve with the Army Reserve. He is a coach and adventure athlete whose specialities include weightlifting, ultra-endurance events, CrossFit and much more. He has coached for various gyms and teams, and now leads the team at Central Staffs CrossFit coaching CrossFit, weightlifting and other classes, along with working one to one with clients.
