A pretty simple day to write up really, I rested! Well, okay, more of an active recovery day, but nothing more than that. I accumulated 50 pull-ups, and walked probably 50% more steps than I usually do, but I also spent a fair amount of time sat on my ass.

Food
I only ate twice today, mainly because I was out on a big walk around lunch time, and not because of any grand plan. It worked out fine, I'm still alive!
I ate breakfast just after 8am. I had 3 rashers of bacon, 3 large scrambled eggs and some smoked salmon.
I ate out this evening at around 7pm. I had a mixed grill of sausages, a small rump steak, a small pork steak, a very small chicken breast, a fried egg and some chips. When I got home, I had berries, yoghurt, and honey.
