Physical Freedom 92/365 - 20220405


Today got really busy, really fast! I wasn't letting it go without a workout though, so I made sure to move when I got home at around 7:30pm.


Not For Time:


Run 3.5 miles

30 Strict Pull-Ups

30 Strict Dips



Equipment:


A quick blast on the pull-up and dip tower in the back garden this evening. I got mine from the Metal Store. This isn't a sponsored link, but just the one I happen to have.



Food


I had breakfast at around 8am. I had 4 rashers of bacon, 4 scrambled eggs of mixed sizes and some berries.


For lunch at 1pm I had around 500g of mince, and some cheese.


For my evening meal at around 8:30pm I had a large sirloin steak followed by berries, yoghurt and honey.
