Service Description

A 6 session block (run over 7 weeks) to develop the technique and positions required for the snatch, clean and jerk and the critical elements to cycle a barbell for high intensity training.


Cancellation Policy

Bookings and Cancellations: All bookings are considered final. Due to limited availability and venue constraints, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. However, bookings may be transferred to another individual prior to the course start date, provided this is arranged privately and approved in advance by the course deliverer. Health and Safety Requirements: All participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to attending the course. While Active Athlete Limited is committed to maintaining a safe training environment — including venue suitability, staff competency, and adherence to risk reduction protocols — participants should be aware that all physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or, in rare cases, death. By participating in the course, you confirm that: You accept these inherent risks. You waive the right to hold Active Athlete Limited, its staff, or sub-contractors legally responsible, in whole or in part, for any injury or loss sustained during the course, except where caused by negligence.
